Ripoff says ironclad no risk guarantee consumer rip-off fraud New York

Keep the book for as long as one full year. If it doesn't deliver everything promised

Book has an Ironclad No-Risk Guarantee. Keep the book for as long as one full year. If everything promised not delivered, return it and they'll send back your money.

I ordered this book in February, sent a letter with the returned book on July 29 and have not received my money back as of this date, 9/12/02.

Would appreciate any help with this problem
