On June 4 I decided to sign up for a home-based business at a cost of $19.95. Although I was skeptical, this company lured me in with a 60-day money back guarantee. The offer was definitely not what they purported it to be.
As I did the initial sign-up I realized that additional funds were needed to "upgrade" my membership in order to improve my "success". Additionally, I needed to pay an affiliate for my domain name. These were two expenses not included in the initial offer.
Consequently, I sent of an e-mail to their support center (as directed) requesting a full refund.instead of refunding the money, they sent me a response telling me all the benefits of remaining a member. I therefore sent them yet another request for a refund and received yet another e-mail telling me how beneficial it would be to me to keep the membership.
I responded in no uncertain terms that I was no longer interested and here I am 39 days later without a refund or even a response to my last e-mail.
These people clearly prey on the desperation of needy people.
