Long term complaint against this company. Had arbitration of the case with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas in May of this year. The arbitrator ruled in my favor and directed ATS to refund my fee in full. They have not. They will now lose their BBB accreditation. Have found out throught the BBB that there are several other pending cases similar to mine. This company, Davis Lewis and his wife/partner Candy Lewis need to be made accountable for their questionable business practices and abide by the arbitrators decision. Have since filed complaint with the attorney generals office in Texas. There needs to be system in place to enforce these arbitration decisions.
