I'm writing in regards to Fairbanks Capital Corp. I have a mortagage with their company; I got behind due to a disability now they are trying to take my house from me. I tried to work out a payment plan; but the money they are talking about is a little steep for a person on a fixed income.
They tell me that I need to sell my house. What should I do? Everyone I have filed bankruptcy with was a total rip-off and their payment plan was higher as well. Now Fairbanks doesn't want to negotiate the Loan. They also told me to try to refiance. Who will give you a Loan with the kind of credit rating that I have? Can you please help us?
