Fairbanks Capital Corp should be shut down by the FTC. I was forced into Chapter 13 by this company. My loan had an original balance of 40,000 but by the time they got finished slapping me with miscellaneous fees I owed $75,000. I paid several thousand dollars in fees to the company. None of the money I paid went to the principal or interest. My credit was severely damaged from dealing with this company. Just starting to rebuild.
