Ripoff False Representation, Assured me of credit app. Approved, for one time fee of 217.00. Convinced me 2 x's of being real Master card. I Am In Early Stages Of Trying To Resolve And Clear This Up

This comapny assured me of issuing a Master Card by approval, but for a fee. I assumed it was for a differently related approval I was waiting for. And so I was also fooled. I am desperate to resolve this. When I found the web site it is without accessible information until I get a password, 20 days to get the package? Even on the 2nd phone call I made, Anna Lee convinced me this would be a real credit card. Help Help Help.
