I was sent a letter saying that I was approved for a $6,500 card through Capital Credit Alliance good for a number of different products through a catalogue similar to Fingerhut. I was told to call a number (1 (800) 277-7056) to activate.
CCA gave me their whole speech on how I would recieve my money back in coupons, etc... They were supposed to take my $199.99 membership fee out on Nov. 27th.
I called and cancelled my membership before that date and was told that it would be taken care of. I found out the money was taken out of my account anyway,
So infuriated I called the number back to try to speak with someone in charge to fix this problem. I was told there was absolutely no one on that end I could speak with, and they had no website.
I was given a customer service number to call, (1 (800) 760-4045). I've been calling this number for two weeks, there is no recording, just music for about 15 seconds, then dead air. Will I get my money back???
