On June 10th, we acquired a 26foot Uhaul truck, having a vehicle dolly, in addition to 3 moving dollies. We shifted from Corpus Christi that evening, to Richmond, TX. Being the weekend, we'd to plan to fall vehicle down at an after-hours fall off area that was about one hour from our new house. Sunday night at 7pm we packed up our 3 young kids, and adopted my spouse who had been operating the empty uhaul truck. We managed to get into Houston but couldn't discover the area. I Have gotten the run-around all yesterday which day. I don't understand basically'll get my money-back or not.
The GM at that area stated he created an error concerning the dolly and certainly will return us! Really? How will you simply inadvertently create a mistake? What exactly concerning the remaining 235 bucks in costs? He explained there is nothing he might do?

Since we did not purchase their insurance, he explained we've to cover repairs completed towards the vehicle. But we did not harm it whatsoever. He explained it is too late since repairs have now been completed. But when there is real harm, I questioned when they have surveilance on the home to determine if it had been vandalized Sunday night, he explained he "extremely questioned that" although his shop is found in offense main.
Uhaul is just a large rip-off. That really must be why they truly are so large. They rip-off people only a little below along with a small there.
I would recommend Budget truck rental. We'd definitely better chance together.
