Eddie was the most immature, controlling, unprofessional, dishonest business owners I have ever known. He knows absolutely nothing about the employer/employee relationship (or probably any type of relationship, for that matter). He used to bring his personal issues about his wife, son, and church to the job and expect to be consoled like a whining baby. He would scold me like I was a little child for doing things like burning popcorn in his broke down microwave oven. To date, He still owes me my final paycheck, which is overdue by 6 months. When I asked him for my check, he had the nerve to say to me, over the phone, "I'm through with you", as though I did something to him. What ever you do, if he still has his business, do not work for Eddie Stivers. That which you reap, you shall also sow.
