Do not purchase or buy into his mortgage lead programs. He is nothing but a scam, even if he goes out of his way to meet with you face to face, don't buy into his scheme. Tim Cheaure promised 8 closing in 45-60 days with his campaign program for $4500. He did manage to send over some leads in the beginning but none of them qualified as he promised. Do not be fooled by his gold/diamond etc guaranteed closing programs... They are all just a scam to get a quick payday. Please stay away from this individual as he is not faithful to the business world and should be left alone to figure out good business practices the hard way.
