Received credit card when applying for a Best Buy Card. Did not ask for this credit card. When the card came no information on Fee's. Used card received first bill had $100 fee on it called company and they stated there was nothing they could do we used the card. Cancelled card hoping fee would be droped when we found out it would not be droped we asked rep to reactivate card. Card was not re activated in fact we were turned down.
How can this happen they charge you a large fee and then when you accept the fee they cancel the card and don't aprove you to reactivate card. When the card was cancelled by an employee when you were asking for the fee to be droped.
