I was contacted back in December by Money Tree MOrtgage. I talked to Ron Massey and he said that we were approved for a mortgage 80/100. I was told that I had to put $300.00 up front and once I was approved for a mortgage I would get this $300.00 back. It would take 60 to 90 days to get approved after I signed all the necessary papers and got them back to the company with in a few days. I have tried to call, left messages and faxed this company and no one will return the calls. These people are bottom feeders and need to be stopped before more poeple are screwed out of their money. I have bad credit and thought this would be great for me. Was I wrong.
