But he then explained he dont experience providing me the total amount and give back my files and also the withdrawal slide loaded by him. I requested is there something incorrect and he responded me he dont need to provide me-any cause, I had been really annoyed also got concerned when I believed one thing wrong with this specific account. Also i told him I want the reason as my direct-deposit also likely to this account. He again informed he don't need to provide me-any reason and that I cant withdraw. I did so several deal during that department formerly. But I visited another department that will be about 5 kilometers from there and that I was handed my quantity with no concerns whatsoever. Personally I think so much upset over this event and most importantly im not really in a position to protest concerning the things occur in the department to anybody in Citizens Bank. I considered to keep in touch with the Supervisor for that department but i discover he's the Financial Institution Supervisor.
