ARM called me daily for weeks attempting to validate that I was (named the name) and I told them that was not me (it wasn't). Nevertheless they called me almost every day for weeks with a caller id that simply said "Private" and the toll free number. When I did answer, there was never anyone there. But when I did call them back, again they asked for (named the name) who isn't me. When I asked them who they were, they mumbled in-distinctively and would not state their address until I pressed for a supervisor who finally relented.
What a waste of time for them, for me, and whoever they are contracted with to collect!
