On May 23 I placed an order with Poolcenter.com Fairfax Virginia for a solar pool cover. The ad said 3-4 weeks for delivery. On June 20, I tried calling the toll free number, this was a waste of the better part of the day.
I finally emailed the tech support and was then told it would be 5-6 weeks. On July 2nd I called. Once again I tried for an hour on the toll free number and gave up and called the regular office.
Another 33 minutes on hold and then I was told 6-8 weeks. I asked to speak to management and was refused. I then cancelled my order and asked for a credit on my credit card. I was told I would get a receipt for the credit on an immediate return email. Well it's been several hours and no email. I also asked to have management call me back. No phone call.
I would recommend anyone thinking of doing business with this company to think again.
