They said that they could guarentee their work, that they would refund the money that I gave them to help us keep our home. I gave them $950.00 upfront with their promise and they did not deliver. Patrick Oates and Nick Denning gave a lot of insurances for months that all was fine until we found out that Bank of America bought back our house and kicked us out. We were not able to find another place to live quick enough to receive Fannie Mae's "Cash For Keys" deal so we lost out.
I just want them to refund the money like they said they would. After I alerted Nick Denning about what happened (they never seemed to know what was going on) he told me to stay in the house... Even though we lost it. What were we suppose to wait for, the Sheriff to come by to kick us out? I don't want to go to jail for being a squatter. I still have the recorded message from Mr. Denning and for the past month there has been no effort on their part to return any phone calls.
