Gone through sever PNC employees. Established a car loan, PNC document errors prevents Audi from release/transferring title but has accepted payment. I cannot license or drive vehicle. Audi will not budge. PNC is not helping. PNC does not have copies of all documents. PNC made typos in documents that prevents this from progressing. PNC will not reverse the loan. PNC declares I am still responsible. PNC is horrible.
