Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Foreclosure Scam

I'm thinking about seeking or joining a-class actioin match against Wells Fargo Mortgage. These would be the details.

1) Wells Fargo constantly questioned for extra paperwork (fair distribution, stop claim action, etc), then expected for quality for that paperwork they required. Wells Fargo requested for the same files be sent on numberous occasions. Wells Fargo requested for files that exceeded investor recommendations.

2) An supply to purchase, from the prequalified customer, that was within 5k of assessed home worth stayed up for grabs for more than 4 weeks, prior to foreclosure.

3) your final request postponement was refused by fannie mae since paperwork did not achieve them over time to agree postponement per "invester" recommendations. Wells Fargo didn't plainly express that which was required in a timely manner. I had been informed they required a quit claim action, that we provided a few months just before foreclosure day. 7 days just before foreclosure, Wells Fargo requested to get a "documented" backup of the quit claim action. The next evening I listed the deed and sent a duplicate of the recently authorized (registered) action. They delivered my info towards the buyer, and also the short-sale present was refused combined with the request postponement since it was not within 10 times of the the foreclosure purchase day. I replied quickly to each demand and had my quit claim action weeks prior to the planned purchase day. I'd have happily provided them having a registered action if it had been required. I deal that their neglect was planned.
