Bank ripped off account

I have a account with capital one bank in Louisiana this bank is not interested in customer service at all first when i opened the account i directly asked if there were nsf fees i said no return unpaid also if i deposit my workmans comp check in the bank will it be posted that day i was told yes that was a lie the held the check for 3 days the first time 3 days the2nd time and 3 days the forth time the 5 they wanted to hold the check for ten days the excuse the gave for holding was account was open for less than 30 days it was open for 29 days at that time now a internet company that i quit doing business with accidentally charge the account for 15.99 or close to that which put the account in overdraft this internet company immediately returned funds but capital one refused to reverse over charge fee now i am receiving letters threatening collection for 34.00 dollars that they placed on the account. I told them to piss off and sue me
