They keep funds which belong to the customer unavailable to customer and in Wal-Mart's possession far longer than necessary. When deposit is made in customer's account, even though done electronically and no problem with deposit, Wal-Mart withholds the customers own money from the customer and lets customer's money sit in Wal-Mart's account for up to a week.
Web site has not been fully functional since at least 1-11. Wal-Mart is aware of this problem but has not fixed it.
Customer care line takes at least 10 minutes to get to speak to a person at all, and then they are unhelpful, insolent, and smug, repeating in a monotone, "I know that not having your money available to you is frustrating but we have to keep it for up to 5 business days before it's available to you."
Don't trust these shysters with one dime of your money unless you want it to be lining Wal-Mart's pockets and unavailable to you when you need it to buy groceries or pay a bill.
