This company is heartless. I borrowed $2500.00 8 months ago, been paying $300.00 a month through an automatic bank draft they required me to set up, my current balance is now over $2900.00. I call the get a one week extension and was harrassed with many questions, even after I answered those questions they kept on. I told them my husband died, they wanted to know when he died, how did I make last months payment, how much money I was going to get paid friday, what am i using my money for, I told them car payment, they kept asking well what are you going to do with the rest of your money. On and on, all I asked was for a weeks extension, then the next day I talked to a supervisor LORENA WELCH, because I wanted to change from bank draft to moneygram. I was on the phone for 15 mintutes with her asking me personal and harrasssing questions.
Don't deal with this company. I have paid $2400.00 so far on a $2500.00 loan and my balance is over $2900.00 now.
