Recently, my husband and I had some unexpected medical bills and fell behind (one payment) on our HFC loan. We owe 2000.00 on the loan. When the paymnet became one day late, HFC customer service (collections) started harrassing us.
Everyday, they have been phoning us starting at 8:35 A.M.in the morning and practically every hour after that. They also have resorted to using a phony number that appears on our caller ID. The number is 1-999-999-9999. Here is a typical log of their phone calls:

And this is only representantive of today the 13th of February. All of the other days, it starts at 8:35 A. M and continues until 9 P.M. Sometimes 9:35 P.M.!
