HSBC Card Services Inc. Harrassment, refusal to remove spam mail and phishing

Orchard Bank has sent me solicitation for a credit card for months. I have contacted them, I have emailed them. They continue to ignore my unsubscribe entries. They have been belligerent and rude every time I contacted them.
