On December 28th a phone was designed to reaschedule my transaction day in the 11th towards the 28th of the month. A of the spoken reaction was handed. Today whilst the 12th of the month (Feb). The change of day hasn't been created and that I have now been billed late fees. I've been advised to call-back in week to confirm the cost change day. Exactly what a rip-off! It has got to become among the most shady businesses. I am aware that it's for 2nd opportunity credit but provide me a rest.
