Ripoff fraudulent billing, excessive late fee's, no bill sent when switched ove

When the company switched over I never received a bill for months then they accessed a late fee for 3-4 months, then the finance charges for those months. The company still has not removed the fee's. My interest rate went up along with all the charges. The company is continuously ripping me off with fraudulently billing practices, high interest fee's and excessive late fees.
