I have been receiving calls for the last 3 months from an indian man threatening to take me to court because i took out a "$300 loan" from cashadvanceusa.net. Not only am i getting calls at my house, i am getting calls at my work. The man refuses to send out a statement of proof showing that i took out the loan.
