Trying to collect on loan that was not received los angeles

I have been receiving phone calls for about a year and a half now stating that i took a loan out with cash advance and they are trying to collect. The company that keeps calling me and threatening to take me to court is Federal Law Investigations Dept. Out of Los Angeles, California.

I never received this loan and when they call i beg them to take me to court. These people are to the point where they are threatening me. They tell me they are going to call my employer and tell my boss that i am a fraud person. I have all my statements from the bank showing i never received any of this so called loan.
