I got a call on Sept 21, from a man saying I was being sued for a payday loan that I never paid back to CashadvanceUSA, for the amount of $300.00 that I supposedly took out in Feb. 2010. I was shocked and started asking questions because I know I never recieved a payday loan from anywhere on the internet. They told me they had all the proof showing I got this loan and I asked them to sent me copies of the proof and then they hung up on me! They kept asking me if I wanted to take care of this matter in or out of court. I then called my bank and had them check to see if they're were any direct deposits from this company to my account and they said no there never was, yet this guy tells me they direct deposited it into my bank account. They kept calling me for 2 days on my cell and home phone. They kept harrassing me with phone calls, and everytime I called them back the phone systems were funny, like it kept saying the box was full and you can't leave a message so I'd call them back and they got real cocky with me coz I told them my bank said I never recieved no such loan and said if I went to court I would probably beat it because it never happened and the guy started saying "Oh, no you'll lose coz I have the proof and I asked why didn't I ever get something in the mail bringing this to my attention rather than wait till 7 months later to spring this on me and He yelled at me to not cal them anymore but they started calling me again the next day, again saying that if I go to court and lose it could cost me thousands. Now I'm gathering alll the info I need and I would love to close these guys down. They keep calling saying I'm in trouble but I'm not answering their calls and blocked them out of my landline. I have a sick mom at home and this harrassment is not good for her / These people need to be stopped and I'm ready to give it all I got to try and do just that. Please let me know if anything new comes up about this company and its scams
