My husband and I opened an account with them from our vet. We used the card 2 times for a total of $553.00. Since this time we have paid over $951.92 and still charges are appearing. Know the latest is we paid them with an account that is CLOSED! Well, that's funny because I use this checking account everyday. Tried to talk with customer service and they refused to talk to us. All they say is we owe them another $88.00. This company thrives on individual like us to owe them the rest of our life. They reported to the credit bureaus late entry and inaccurate balances so my husband and I lost a good-standing credit card from Home Depot. When we tried to close the account they refuse to talk to us!!! I am reporting them to the Attorney General, BBB and whomever else, even the President if I have to.
