They did not tell me anything I had a need to learn about my return. After which after I named directly into questioned why I had beennot advised this info - they merely explained it was problem for being unsure of the best info. After I told them I needed my money-back the declined & stated there is nothing they might do. I'll never being returning to Jackson Hewitt they're a laugh of the organization & possess a couple of idiots employed by them.
