O n june 10 i went into the elsmere ny branch to cash a small check under 200 dollars. I have several cds and no other accounts. I was told i have to have a checking account. I was treated in a patronizing manner almost rude. When my cds expire i will be taking my business to the credit union sefcu. It seems to me that customer service is not one of your priorities.By the way the interest on one of my accounts would have more than covered 200.
