DBA PepperCash.com Took money out of my bank account without written authorization

I called this company Pepper Cash about a loan but did not finalize anything with them. They have taken money out of my bank account causing checks I had written to bounce because I was unaware they were going to deduct money from my bank account. Complaining to them did not good
