Pepper Cash is a complete mess. To inquire about a loan you first have to give lots of personal information. They release all of this info to third party companies, so you are instantly slammed with phone calls from everywhere.
I wanted to inquire about a loan with this company and I decided not to use this Pepper Cash. The agent call me back twice and I declined the final phases and approval of the loan, as I had already found another company which had better rates.
Pepper cash uses agents with broken english and heavy accents. The inital agent I spoke with clearly understood that I did not want the loan yet she went forward anyway. The next day I checked my banking account balance and yes, Pepper Cash had deposited the money into my account.
I am in the process of filing another complaint with the BBB and the state attorney general.
Beware of Pepper Cash!
