Borrowed $400 have paid 560 dollars threy claim is account

I received a loan from Pepper cash. Comor $400 since then have deducted $560 from my checking accout and will deduct $140 every2 weeks in perpetuity unless I make a bulk payment to them plus and additional $140 account management fees for a total of $560 plus what they already have taken and before any of yo big mouthss says well it was a lo you have to repay ityeah I know th but when they charge you a 70% finance charge every month its kind of hard to repay it plus if I'm correct that percentage illegal in the U.S. If you're thinking using them think again
