I requested employment with Titlemax. Questioned with one supervisor having said that not just was I an ideal fit-for a CSR position but perhaps an assistant supervisor position. Well, I had been subsequently named with a employer who desired me to work on another area and set me-up to meeting that supervisor. I got your day off my present work, went out and questioned. Once more was informed I had been an ideal complement. Was informed when I was departing she needed me to begin on Friday and might get using the employer to obtain me in. I spoke towards the employer later that night (a thursday) and he or she stated she believed she could easily get all of the paperwork done-for me to begin on Friday. I expected her if there is something more i had a need to do and he or she claimed no, I had been an ideal match and he or she simply needed to look after some paperwork on her behalf finish however they were enthusiastic to employ me. THEREFORE, she said I would notice from her from the end-of company on Friday. I never heard from her. I contact at 1pm on Friday and obtain vm. I abandon her a voicemail and 2 hours later obtain a call-back saying used to donot match minute. Choosing needs!!! Okay, I've a diploma, all the knowledge they're searching for, no legal background at-all, a clear driving history, an automobile with insurance... Everything I had been told I needed. I ask what "needs" I actually donot match and am informed "you simply do not match minute. Hiring needs... I can not say actually." I ask her what particularly what's needed are and he or she nevertheless claims she can't state. WTF??? Really? She'd explained I examined greater than many about the evaluation they provide and that I have the rest of the needs... What exactly offers.
