Extremely poor service

My partner requested a match from MensUSA on Tuesday Mar., 10 and was informed the match could be delivered 24 hours later and could be hereby Friday to get a wedding he's likely to maintain on Sunday. He paid extra for quicker delivery. Friday evening at 10:00 pm we obtained a phone in the organization informing us they forgot to deliver the match and we'd not be getting it prior to the wedding. My partner turned extremely troubled because of the proven fact that we were not able to locate one within our region and it is in 2 times. My partner questioned when the match might be overnighted to us because it was the businesses mistake and also the response he got was no which he'd issue a return. The "customer support" repetition laughed about my partners situation and stated it had been a small trouble and my partner requested to consult with a supervisor. My spouse subsequently hung-up about the guy after stating several alternative phrases. I subsequently called back and talked with "Michael Julian" which is really a composed title. Eileen julian then stated "yes excellent, simply proceed to call-back repeatedly. Then another guy got about the telephone and stated Michael Anderson does not have time for me personally. I questioned who i was talking with and he explained "loco" and he simply hysterically laughed at me and I simply stated I Will call-back tomorrow and consult with somebody about obtaining them dismissed. Jordan Julian then stated that was Michael Anderson and he's the dog owner and that I can't-get the dog owner dismissed. I called back a couple of days later and also the operator stated he was sorry which he was drunk that evening. Therefore it was the dog owner, and that I told him he had an excellent business-plan to obtain lost and check out function to worsen his clients.
