Just called to discover why your bill was so high because we shifted march 23 and turned in all the gear in working order so when i named she said your final bill was $199.00 since we closed our account and moved from state where we do not have the possibility of mediacom providers. I questioned why and she explained it was because we did not retain both year contract. We could not look for a household which was for the needs in iowa so we looked in illinois which was where we live. I'm we were treated incorrect. We pay our bills promptly now we understand this. That is wrong and never fair to us. Please understand this and tell me why?
