Merely a $4.99 cost on my bank account, but nonetheless, it had been unauthorized. Documented to my lender (M&T) - these were not able to inform me who/what it had been and declined to credit my acct. Until I signed an affadavit, that we did. No idea who utilized my acct or what for - per internet queries, WFC = Wells Fargo Corp and PBP = pay by telephone. Additional that that, I'm unaware. And frustrated.
