Was I wrong.in March I put up a reimbursement contract with Citimortgage and created my 1st cost, closed the contract and thought I had been ready using the subsequent payment due April 30th, while I wait information of my change request. They inform me today the "traders team" has decided the reimbursement plan does not match the program. What? They set it-up. Today they would like to have me spend more over the following 8 times and reduce my reimbursement period of time by atleast 6 months. I expected them if they're acquainted with fundamental contract regulation and improving a deal. I actually donot believe they're! Used to do not accept any change in our contract, I plan to preserve producing the prior agreement funds. Do not conduct business with citimortgage also it time for you to provide a-class action suit for their doorstep for violation of agreements, psychological stress, and perhaps a RICO claim.
