To whom it may concern, credit plus contacted me on this offer they were having at first i thought it was great. I was interested in what they had to offer sayings i wanted a credit card. Sooo i gave them my info and said they would do a conference call with the bank themselfs and i to make sure i still wanted it. Thats when they told me i had to pay $250. Oo first and they had no idea how much my credit limit would be so i then DECLINED there offer. I went to the bank worried they would still draw the money out and closed my account.
2 days later i went to the bank with my wife to open another account and they told me i couldnt that simple credit had over drawn the account $279. Oo. WHERE WAS THE CONFERENCE CALL? That call never took place. I had to pay on an account that had been closed they reopened it and i had to pay fees on top of that.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I have been trying to call these people for days can never get anyone. Finally i talked to a woman that was very unprofessional she told me that they dont do conference calls and thay had me on tape saying i wanted the free trial. YEAH people they only record the yes part anything after that they shut it off. So of course they wouldnt have me on tape declining it. But to say the least its under investigation and i hope the ALL THE money gets put back in MY ACCOUNT.
