Ripoff unauthorized charges to checking account

Received information in the mail and I did not notice that I had to call by a certain date to cancel this 'credit card'. I was then charged 99.00 twice to my checking account. Luckily the money wasn't there but I got charged two NSF fees at 30.00 each. I then called to cancel this 'credit card' and was told that I would have to wait for them to receive the NSFs from my bank. I was then charged 99.00 twice again a couple of weeks later with the same outcome. I then wrote a letter to CCS telling them that I wanted credit for every charge. Two days ago I was charged 99.00 twice again but unfortunately this time the money was there.
