Billed for something I never received

I registered for Dish Network and was informed I'd obtained a box and had 14 days to check on it out and find out easily loved this service easily didnt I really could stop the support. I never received any thing-but was billed 16.95. I had been billed 1.95

Allegedly for delivery and handling.
