After an eternity, (we never did recieve our next 'coaching session ' phone call) we got thru to someone that said our personal counselor was no longer employed by rtn, sorry for the delay, and we would be assigned a new counselor, that did not happen.
We kept calling and finally got thru and requested a refund and was told that we would recieve a new coach in 1 week, he did finally call, i said no thank you, it has been 8 months i want my money back, he said good luck and hung up on me. That was the last time i was able to get anyone to answer the phone.
