America First ran radio ads in our area professing to help people in the foreclosure process keep their homes. To help them get loan modifications, and filing of correct paperwork. Dealing with the loss midigation department in these mortgage companies is a night mare at best. This company advertised 100% money back gaurantee. They expected payment up front. Which in the state of Ca which they are based is illegal. Everything was fine until the mortgage company refused to refinance the home because it was so upside down. More than 30% it was a rental property and there were no programs available for that home. So they refused to call us back and answer our questions on where do we go from here. After not receiving a call back, I took it upon myself to research the company further. They are scam artist doing this to poor people across the nation, praying on the ones in most need. Do not use this company for anything they are scam artist
