This fraudulant company promised a mortgage reduction. We sent thousands of dollars, got a reputable realtor to draw up the short sale legal papers. We were at the point where our bank was waiting for an offer to come through from IFI, so we could buy our home back for a lower mortgage. Suddenly these individuals disappeared. We called and called, sent email after email and could not reach them. We are now in limbo.
