I hired this service to renegotiat my home loan and he (Richard T. Howard) did nothing. He came to my business, took my $1,900.00, promised me everything and didn't do anything. He returned my call one time and said he would e-mail all the information, when I looked at the e-mail it was someone else information. After this I called him back and he told he made a mistake and that he would e-mail the right information back to me. After this he never returned my calls that I left on his voice mail. Total Ripoff!
