Keith Lucks developed a membership organization (REIC) that allows people to purchase real estate property with no money down with the mortgage funded thru Lucks Companies Inc. Membership benefits include becoming incorporated and pairing you with Angel Investors and Hard Money Lenders for your small business.
For the past 3 months Keith Lucks led me to believe he acquired a $2.5M commercial loan for me and a home mortgage for $245,000. He had me endorse the mortgage check made payable to his company and my name on 9/24 and even instructed me to dry close on a property on 10/9.
After promising everyday for the last 3 weeks, I find out today that NO monies have been paid or issued to ANYone, and NO information about the $245,000 check that I endorsed. He claims that he uses Platinum Mortgage company and GIB bank - neither of which have ever heard of this man.
Hence, I have now lost the new house, my entire plan for the business and even the condo that I gave up because of his bad advice.
Beware this man and his associate, William Sava of the western suburbs of Chicago.
