I'm so angry this has happened to me. The company called my phone so many time, and left me numerous voicemails. They were telling me i owed a company 1200 dollars for writing bad checks. First i never write checks, and i didn't receive a loan so how is this possible.
At first I didn't know any better so I made a payment for $50. I planned on getting it taken out every two weeks so I can get the payment paid out. FInally thinking I knew something wasn't right. They couldnt email me my confirmation number nor send me the documentations of what i'm being "sued" for.
Really can y'all go back to your country and play these little childish games. This has mad me so upset. The bad thing is when they start calling me from other peoples number. When I call back they have no idea what i'm talking about.
When I called the company back today they told me they couldn't refund me my money back! Oh really? This not that bad part, he starts fussing with me. How professional, right. I mean everyone who works there has their accent, and when I asked the lady she starts to get nervous and throws me on hold.
I'm really confused on what to do, somebody help me out please!
