Started mortgage-modification 6/09. Ship multiples demands for updated G & M info. Nothing occurred until feb on 8/29/10 — Mortgage Treatment stated they'd us authorized for test change which used to donot have to create payment until 10/10. At the conclusion of August I had been just 8 weeks behind on mortgage. I waited for paperwork, there is a wait, my negotiatoris spouse had cancer. Completely clear. They required a few more bank statements. Not a problem. Our test change notice was dated September 30, and WHOOPEE!!! I didnot need to begin the very first cost until 11/1/10, that we did. I also created the 12/10 and 1/11 funds directly on occasion. Excitedly named Mortgage Treatment requesting what next thing could be (I then found out that LoanCare had started Foreclosure procedures on 10/5/10 which a lawyer had my document). To include insult to damage, my mortgage has been offered to Cenlar — don't think we shall obtain a change. DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY WHO LETS YOU KNOW "THAT YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL..." Everytime I contact Cenlar, I obtain a diverse individual having a unique account. And that i generally have to begin over with change. Mortgage Treatment does not have my document anymore. I are in possession of pneumonia and colitis in the grieve they've wrought! Do not trust them!!!
