I'd started financing change (the ineffective-Barakis Producing Houses Inexpensive Strategy) in January with First Horizon. Wells Fargo purchased my mortgage in- May and passed it to LBPS, today Seretus, to deal with the mortgage loan modification. Nearly every month I'd obtain a notice from Seretus stating that I had been refused a since I'd not submitted the required paperwork. I'd NEVER OBTAINED from their store ANY characters requesting paperwork. The non profit company which was dealing with me to assist me obtain a change might subsequently contact Seterus, request them the things they desired and deliver it for them. We were informed 14 days before that people might get a change along with a notice could be delivered to me in per week. The notice NEVER arrived so when I eventually got to keep in touch with somebody at Seterus, I had been informed I had been REFUSED a change! It got me over per week for anyone to ultimately inform me that I had been refused financing modification since "IT TOOK TO MISS THE CHANGE. IT TOOK MORE THAN 18 WEEKS AND TODAY I'm OVER THEIR TIME-LIMIT, AND SO I AM TODAY REFUSED A SINCE IT TOOK TO EXTENDED! I kept wondering anybody I really could keep in touch with at Seterus, how was this my problem? I had been prepared to begin repaying in June when they might alter my mortgage. I had been not the main one who each month might request exactly the same paperwork again and again! I eventually got a boss (after speaking for one hour to 3 others at Seterus) who seriously the telephone and SHOUTS at me, "we are able to go-round and round with this particular all day long, however, you WERE DENIED AS YOU ARE WITHIN THE TIMELIMIT, THEREFORE EASILY WERE YOU I'd BEGIN LIQUADATING ANYTHING"! And she hangs up! I've no idea what I will do next. Is therapy such as this legitimate? Does anybody care?
